We welcome legendary race director Dave McGillivray, who tells us all about how he "conducts" the Boston Marathon. Dave also takes us back in time to describe about how the Boston Marathon has changed over the years, how he organized a marathon at Fenway Park, what inspired him to run across the country as a young man, and how he helped to pioneer the concept of running to fundraise for a cause. Dave also shares how a recent health scare made him rethink certain lifestyle habits and what led him to have serious surgery. He also shares his wisdom on tackling injuries and looking for their underlying cause. Plus, his strong 'stache game!

And you can find more about Bryan and Peter over here:
Peter is on the road to wellness, and he has a crazy new idea to share (of course). Then, we welcome longtime friend-of-the-show and visually impaired runner, Tim Sullivan, who will be running the Boston Marathon with Bryan as his guide! Tim talks about his experience running last year's very cold and wet marathon, and the support that he and other runners get from MABVI (Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired) that allows them to have such a rich marathon experience. We then dig into Bryan's concerns as a first-time guide. Finally, Tim talks about his (controversial?) favorite part of the Boston Marathon course and what it's like to be guided by a faster runner. Plus, Tim finally gets the question he's been longing to hear, followed by a new HWYRT musical masterpiece!
Please help Tim reach his fundraising goal for 2019 by making a donation to Team With A Vision:

HWYRT is marching in like a lion, and Bryan and Peter are marching straight into the medical tent! Peter has a major health announcement to make and Bryan has a major race confession to share (of course he does). This episode of HWYRT is brought to you by This Little Hear Show, a new Podcast coming summer 2019.
